When will my watch arrive?
Orders are prepared within 5 business days. USPS Standard is free on every order and takes 15–21 business days in transit; FedEx Plus Express takes 2–5 business days for $59. Both are tracked.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Film the unboxing in one continuous take, starting before the parcel is opened, and email it to us within 7 days of delivery. Missing or faulty items are re-shipped at no cost, and approved refunds are issued within 5 business days.
Can I swim with it?
30 m means splashes only. 50 m covers washing your hands. 100 m is fine for swimming and 200 m for diving. Never move the crown or pushers under water.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
What does the warranty cover?
24 months on movement and workmanship. We send a prepaid insured label, repair or replace, and refund in full if we cannot. Normal scratches and dead batteries after 12 months are not covered.
How accurate is an automatic watch?
Around 25 seconds a day either way is normal for a mechanical movement, and it stops if you leave it off the wrist for two days. If that bothers you, buy quartz, it holds about 15 seconds a month.
